Moira Kilcoyne

Moira Kilcoyne is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic technology leadership, corporate governance, and business development. She has a proven track record of driving organizational success, particularly in leading complex, multi-year transformation initiatives that foster sustainable growth.

Moira spent more than 25 years at Morgan Stanley, where she held several high-profile leadership roles including Co-Head of Global Technology and a member of the Management Committee. Her tenure also included serving as Head of Technology for the Wealth and Investment Management divisions, where she played a pivotal role in integrating Smith Barney into Morgan Stanley. Additionally, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Global Technology and Operations, Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Morgan Stanley in New York, and CIO for Morgan Stanley International in London.

Currently, Moira serves as a director at Arch Capital Group (ACGL) and chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Committee. She is also a board member at Quilter plc (LON: QLT) and FINRA, having been appointed to its Board of Governors in 2020. Her previous board service includes Elliot Opportunity II, Citrix, and NPower.

Moira began her career at IBM, spending six years as a developer and systems engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Manhattan College, where she also served as a Trustee from 2013 to 2022.
