Lauri Altman

Lauri Altman is a Fortune 500 strategist with over 30 years transforming complex financial services organizations. Her expertise spans strategic planning, M&A integration, and operational restructuring, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in profitability and growth.

Lauri began her career at Citigroup, working closely with the Executive Committee and C-Suite executives on some of the company’s most transformative and complex acquisitions. She later transitioned to Citi’s Asset Management group where her extensive knowledge of traditional and alternative asset management products, combined with her client relationship and marketing expertise, played a key role in the division’s growth and success.

Following the acquisition of Citigroup Asset Management by Legg Mason, Lauri joined ClearBridge Advisors as Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this role, she led a post-acquisition restructuring that resulted in significant improvement in operating margins and positioned the firm for sustainable growth.

Lauri is also deeply committed to philanthropy and has served on the boards of numerous national and local non-profit organizations focused on child welfare, education, and the performing arts.
